This position is responsible for tactically managing quality requirements between Nextern and key customers, ensuring customer quality expectations and daily requirements in engineering, production development, and supply chain, balancing responsibility between areas to achieve product quality performance and in compliance with company requirements and regulatory agencies and customer guidelines.

At Nextern, we are searching for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team! As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing the quality requirements between Nextern and our key customers, driving excellence in engineering, production, and supply chain. You’ll ensure that customer expectations are met every day, while balancing responsibilities across various areas to enhance product quality. With tasks that range from leading complaint and CAPA investigations to executing IIR and FAIR reports independently, your expertise will be invaluable. You'll also have the chance to communicate seamlessly with internal and external clients, perform internal audits, and lead changes in our QMS documents. We value a proactive approach, so your ability to support engineering activities and mentor in investigations will shine at Nextern. We're looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a life sciences-related field, and ideally a postgraduate degree, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a heavily regulated manufacturing environment.
