Responsible for working with global sites in US, Costa Rica, Vietnam and China working with Engineering and production teams in establishing, monitoring standard costing of products; monthly cost variance analysis to assist operations with continuous improvement in our profitability period over period in purchasing and manufacturing yields. This position will also be responsible helping with month-end entries, audits, and other projects as needed.

In this role, you will become an integral part of our global operations, collaborating with teams from the US, Costa Rica, Vietnam, and China. Your main focus will be on establishing and monitoring standard costs related to manufacturing and purchasing, along with providing monthly cost variance analysis to enhance our profitability. You'll work closely with Engineering and Production teams to accurately calculate and review standard costs and prepare detailed bills of materials (BOMs). This hands-on position covers a wide range of responsibilities, including monthly reconciliation of inventory, assisting in audits, handling journal entries in EPICOR, and supporting physical inventory counts.
