Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

Noblis ESI is excited to announce an opening for a System Program Office (SPO) Systems Engineering and Integration Team (SEIT) Systems Engineer at our Chantilly location. In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting a significant space system acquisition program and providing Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) to the PM/COTR. You'll collaborate with the Team Lead and Project Manager to execute engineering activities and provide vital technical analysis as we reach major milestones. Your expertise will help oversee the development system's implementation, ensuring everything meets our high standards before we move to design, manufacture, integrate, and test our systems. Your knowledge of systems engineering processes and technical baseline management will shine as you help craft program-level SEIT plans. With over 10 years of experience (including at least 5 in space system development) and an active TS/SCI clearance, you’ll be well-prepared to tackle the challenges of integrating advanced aerospace technologies while working closely with our dedicated team of professionals.
