Noblis ESI is seeking a User Engagement Representative with a national space enterprise and ground systems background to work with our clients in supporting our customer in Doral, FL
The User Engagement Representative at USSOUTHCOM will play an essential role in bridging communication between the Intelligence (J2) and Operations (J3) Directorates and their diverse user communities. This position aims to ensure users receive timely, relevant, and accurate information and support, thereby enhancing their engagement with USSOUTHCOM’s strategic and operational missions.
As a User Engagement Representative, you’ll integrate as the NRO’s personal representative assigned to the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, Joint Staff, Interagency Organizations and Combatant Commands. You’ll assist the supported command with articulating requirements, providing training, and aligning intelligence needs with NRO enterprise solutions.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
