Coordinator, Recruitment, Strategy & Community Engagement

Job Description

Nevada Football is recruiting for a Coordinator, Recruitment, Strategy & Community Engagement. This position serves as the on-campus point person during prospect visits, helping to organize and execute visit itineraries in coordination with the coaching and recruiting staff. This role supports communication efforts with high school coaches, assists committed student-athletes with their transition process—including application submissions and required paperwork—and helps to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Additionally, this individual coordinates community engagement opportunities for current football student-athletes, connecting the program with local service initiatives and outreach efforts.

Required Qualifications

High School Graduation and four years of related work experience; OR an Associate’s Degree and three years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s Degree and two years of related work experience; OR a Master’s Degree and one year of related work experience.

Related Experience: College or professional football exposure or related

Certification and Licensure:

Must pass the NCAA Recruit Test

Schedule or Travel Requirements:

Requires extended hours to include weekends and holidays

Grants-in-aid for Faculty Employees

The University is proud to provide a reduced-rate tuition benefit to faculty and qualified dependents. Faculty can take up to six credits per semester at a reduced rate.
