At our company, we are searching for a talented Financial Analyst II to join our dynamic team in Milpitas, California. In this role, you'll be a key player in coordinating our monthly forecast cycles and supporting our annual planning processes for the Global Operations (GO) group. Your analytical skills will be put to good use as you partner with cost center owners to develop annual plans and monthly forecasts while supporting leaders in assessing spending related to headcount and various cost centers within our Global Supply Chain (GSC) management team. By maintaining accurate headcount and CAPEX reporting, you'll track and analyze key business metrics and create KPI dashboards that will guide critical decision-making. We're looking for someone who is not just organized but also possesses exceptional analytical skills, can communicate effectively with all staff levels, and thrives both independently and in a team environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least three years of experience in a finance environment with knowledge of GAAP is essential. If you have that strong work ethic and attention to detail, along with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, this might just be the perfect opportunity for you.
