Your Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking users via various communication channels.
  • Assist clients with technical queries, inquiries, and feedback concerning online educational products.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to contribute to the growth and improvement of our services.
  • Collaborate closely with the education team to enhance user satisfaction and experience.
  • Engage in training and development sessions to stay up-to-date on products and customer service techniques.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian etc.) is essential. Please ensure to clearly state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Strong interest in online education and technology.
  • Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
