If you have a knack for amazing customer service and an enthusiasm for the auction world, this role is perfect for you. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our German-speaking users with a range of inquiries, from understanding how to set up their accounts to troubleshooting technical issues they might face while bidding. We believe in creating positive user experiences, so you'll play a key role in solving customer problems, documenting interactions, and providing insightful feedback to our technical team. In addition, you’ll be educating customers about the features of our platform and how to navigate the auction process safely. For this position, fluency in both German and English is essential, as is a background in customer service, ideally within the e-commerce or online auction sectors.
