Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking users of the online auction platform via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account setup, auction listings, bidding processes, and technical issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot platform-related issues reported by users.
  • Educate customers about platform features, safety measures, and the auction process.
  • Collect feedback from clients to help improve services and platform functionalities.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the e-commerce or online auction industry.
