Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries regarding public transport services.
  • Assist customers with timetables, ticket purchases, route planning, and general inquiries about the transport system.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and address customer needs effectively.
  • Stay updated on public transport policies, service changes, and community events to provide informed assistance.
  • Promote a positive and engaging customer experience while advocating for the public transport services provided.
  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the public transport or service industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
