If you're passionate about gaming and have a flair for customer service, we want to hear from you! Your day-to-day tasks will involve providing outstanding support via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries related to gaming products and esports events, and efficiently resolving customer complaints. You'll also have the chance to offer valuable information about our gaming services, promotions, and account details, while ensuring all interactions are meticulously documented to maintain quality service. Collaborating with our dynamic gaming team will be key in enhancing customer satisfaction and service delivery. To thrive in this role, fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential, alongside strong communication skills and a passion for gaming.
