As a Senior Enterprise Client Success Manager at Payoneer, located in Petah Tikva, Israel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our enterprise clients thrive in the dynamic landscape of global commerce. Your primary mission will be to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives, understanding their unique business needs and payment flows. With over 8 years of proven experience in client-facing roles, you will develop tailored client retention and growth strategies across various digital commerce sectors such as eCommerce, gig economy, and content distribution. This role is perfect for those who are data-driven and analytical, allowing you to interpret market trends and integrate insights into strategic decision-making. You will lead regular business reviews with clients, setting growth goals and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve these objectives.
