The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects for private land development clients. Projects include planning, design and management for our industrial, commercial, and residential clients.

Some outdoor work is required in the inspection of various land use developments, construction sites or public works facilities. Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate drafting instruments, computers and various pieces of office equipment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
Availability
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and overtime as required.
Travel
Travel will be required to respective job sites and is primarily local during the business day.

You'll ensure the quality and efficiency of each project by collaborating with architects, engineers, and other technical professionals to create top-notch site work design drawings and specifications. But it doesn’t stop there! You'll also be a financial whiz, managing project budgets, analyzing profitability, and setting the stage for future business development efforts. With a knack for communication and serving as a mentor, you’ll enhance relationships with clients and team members alike. If you've got a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, a Michigan P.E. License, and at least five years of project management experience under your belt, we can't wait to learn more about how you can contribute to our team.
