STV is seeking a Document Controls, Change Management Specialist for our Project Controls department at our Chicago area office.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain document control processes specific to aviation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Manage change management procedures, tracking modifications to project scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper documentation, version control, and record retention.
Support stakeholder communication by providing accurate and timely reporting on document and change management activities.
Utilize PMIS tools to manage project documentation and workflow processes efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in document controls and change management, preferably within aviation projects.
Proficiency in PMIS tools such as e-Builder, Kahua, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
Compensation Range:
