  • Ideal candidate interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
  • Ideal candidate works patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff to provide high quality customer service.
  • Fosters a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents, and communities with annual, monthly, weekly resident functions and events.
  • Should demonstrate solid understanding of Fair Housing.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
