Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with technical questions, inquiries, and feedback regarding online educational products.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and solutions to improve overall service quality.
  • Collaborate with the education team to enhance user satisfaction and experience.
  • Engage in training and development sessions to stay updated on product offerings and service techniques.
  • Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
