Pepper is looking for a talented and passionate Motion Designer with a strong focus on paid media to join our growing team. This key role is critical in bringing our brand vision to life across all touchpoints, with a particular focus on creating visually compelling and high-performing paid media campaigns. You'll work closely with our Creative Team and Growth Team to develop and execute impactful creative strategies that drive measurable results and resonate with our target audience. The impact you’ll be making is bringing Pepper to life for our online community and empowering millions of women to discover the confidence that comes with a great-fitting bra. This role sits on the Creative team and reports directly to the Lead Brand Designer. 

Responsibilities.

  • Ad Campaign Creative Design: Concept and execute on eye-catching, conversion-focused ads for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital platforms to support paid social and performance marketing efforts.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are on-brand, consistent with our brand guidelines, and align with the company’s voice, style, and messaging.
  • Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with the growth and marketing teams to design ads that are optimized for click-through rates (CTR), customer engagement, and conversions.
  • Cross-Channel Adaptation: Adapt and optimize designs for various formats and platforms, including video ads, static images, gifs, carousel ads, etc.
  • A/B Testing & Data Analysis: Work with the marketing team to create multiple variations of ads, analyze performance data, and iterate on designs to improve ad effectiveness and performance.
  • Collaborative Design Process: Collaborate closely with the Performance Team, Marketing Team, and Creative Team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into visually compelling assets.
  • Campaign Support: Help create assets for seasonal promotions, new product launches, and ongoing sales campaigns.
  • Stay Current: Keep up to date with design trends, new tools, and best practices for digital advertising to ensure we’re always delivering fresh and innovative ad creatives.
  • Partner with our Lead Brand Designer to continually push the look and feel of our ad library, specifically with a focus on Motion.

The perfect fit.

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of digital ad creatives (experience in the DTC, intimates or e-commerce space is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, etc.) Experience with motion graphics/video editing is a must!
  • Understanding of Growth Marketing: An understanding of performance marketing, ad metrics, and how design impacts conversion rates.
  • Creative & Detail-Oriented: A passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail. You’re able to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to interpret ad performance data and adjust designs accordingly to optimize ad effectiveness.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriters, and product teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an exclusively remote environment while meeting deadlines and campaign goals.
