Job Summary:

Real is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing, innovative team. As a key member of our creative team, you will play an essential role in shaping the visual identity of Real's brand across multiple platforms. You’ll create visually compelling designs for digital, print, and social media, contributing to marketing efforts, promotional materials, and internal assets. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver, with strong technical skills and a passion for collaboration.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Create visually compelling designs for digital, print, and social media, including marketing collateral, event assets, and presentations.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and sales) to develop visual solutions that align with Real’s brand and strategic goals.

  • Conceptualize and execute original design solutions for web pages, email campaigns, promotional materials, and social media content.

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality.

  • Ensure consistency in brand application across various platforms, including web, print, social, and internal communications.

  • Contribute to the development of Real’s visual style guide, design systems, and creative direction.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and design innovations, ensuring that Real remains at the forefront of visual excellence.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Expert-level proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Asana, and Google Suite.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design expertise, and technical skills across a variety of mediums.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.

  • Attention to detail and a passion for ensuring high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design, UX/UI, HCI, Motion Design, Art Direction, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with a focus on digital, print, and social media.

  • Bonus: Experience in the real estate or technology industry, familiarity with UI/UX design principles, and proficiency in motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., Lightroom, AfterEffects) is a plus.
