Role Overview:


We’re seeking a Senior Visual Designer with strong expertise in motion graphics, including the creation of videos, ad films, and brand videos. Proficiency in motion design software is a must, as the primary focus of this role involves conceptualizing and executing visually engaging motion-based content.


This position is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex design challenges and brings fresh, innovative ideas to the table. With deep experience in designing for SaaS products, you will translate business objectives into compelling, user-centric visual and motion solutions.


As a Senior Visual Designer at Plivo, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—product managers, marketers, engineers, and stakeholders—to create exceptional designs across all touchpoints. From engaging landing pages and marketing campaigns to motion projects and digital assets, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing user experience, driving engagement, and elevating our brand identity. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through design and motion, you’ll take ownership of projects, delivering them from concept to execution.


Key Responsibilities :
  • Own the end-to-end design process for digital initiatives, including marketing assets, websites, and product visuals.
  • Create compelling motion graphic content such as videos, brand films, and animations to support marketing and product needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver designs that align with Plivo’s business goals and engage target audiences.
  • Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces and visual assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining high standards for visual design integrity.
  • Experiment with new ideas in motion design, constantly pushing creative boundaries and innovating in visual storytelling.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, use of AI-first design software and approaches to reach a high-quality design output.


Requirements :
  • Proven experience as a Senior Visual Designer in a SaaS or B2B environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing marketing design work and motion graphics, including brand campaigns, video ads etc.
  • Expertise in motion design tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar, along with general design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating complex requirements into visually impactful motion and static designs.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for projects, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of design principles and UX/UI best practices, combined with a creative mindset and passion for storytelling through motion.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and work collaboratively to incorporate feedback.
  • A growth mindset—eager to embrace challenges, learn new skills, and adapt to evolving industry trends.
