Responsibilities:*Receives requests from OR staff for stock supplies, keys in electronic order on electronic DBS Millenium warehouse system, picks stock from warehouse inventory, confirms picked order on warehouse system and deliver supplies to designated departments. *Inventories user department storage areas utilizing Omnicell or departmental order forms. * Maintains and distributes all forms used by the OR department. *Makes scheduled department rounds to adjust and replenishes Omnicell supply par levels. *Maintains up to date OR s orders, records, reports, and files as required. *Receives incoming materials, supplies and equipment, and compares information on packing slips with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment and delivers to user department. *Maintains user department order records and files as required. *Inventories Material Management warehouse utilizing department order form and places order electronically for replacement.. *Enters user department special orders on computer via the internet for office supplies and forms, forms or DBS millennium for all others. *Research all orders with vendors via telephone, internet or fax for best vendor, supply item availability, cost or part numbers.
