Selby Jennings is partnering with a Real Estate Fund in the San Francisco area looking to add a Private Equity Senior Analyst, and Private Equity Senior Associate to their acquisitions team. This team boasts a great track record, while diversifying their portfolio across a wide range of geographies.
The Senior Leadership comes from top names in industry, with tenured experience in navigating different historical real estate markets. The leaders spearhead a great company culture, encouraging entrepreneurial minded candidates to grow and learn within the industry.Key Responsibilities:Deal Sourcing : Identify and evaluate potential multifamily acquisition opportunities through market research, networking, and relationships with brokers, owners, and other industry professionals.Underwriting : Conduct detailed financial analysis and underwriting of prospective acquisitions, including creating and updating financial models, performing market research, and assessing property-level financial performance.Due Diligence : Coordinate and conduct due diligence activities, including site visits, financial and market analysis, property inspections, and reviewing third-party reports.Investment Memorandums: Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including investment committee and capital partners.Transaction Management : Assist in negotiating terms and structuring acquisition deals, working closely with legal, finance, and other internal teams to ensure successful transaction execution.Market Analysis : Stay current with market trends, demographics, and economic factors that impact the multifamily real estate sector. Provide insights and recommendations based on market research.Relationship Building : Develop and maintain relationships with key industry participants, including brokers, lenders, property managers, and investors.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.2-4 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, or related field, with a focus on multifamily residential properties.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, property valuation, and investment analysis.If there's interest, don't hesitate to apply!#J-18808-LjbffrOriginal job Private Equity Analyst-Senior Associate / Real Estate posted on GrabJobs ©.
