About the Role:
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll lead and execute paid media strategies across multiple digital channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams and directly interacting with C-suite executives. Your expertise in performance marketing, data analysis, and creative collaboration will drive impactful results for clients. You’ll be hands-on with campaigns, from strategy development to execution and optimization, ensuring client growth and strong ROI. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Development:
Build and execute paid media strategies that align with client goals across SEM, paid social, display, and video campaigns.
Develop strategic roadmaps outlining current performance and next steps for optimization, with a particular focus on driving results through search and Meta platforms.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization to drive growth and improve ROAS.
Client Collaboration & Executive Reporting:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting clear, actionable insights and campaign performance reports directly to C-suite executives.
Creative Strategy:
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and creative teams to develop and iterate on high-impact ad creatives. Ensure continual testing and evolution of creative assets to drive performance.
Campaign Execution & Support:
Oversee the execution of paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube. Ensure campaigns are set up to deliver results aligned with client expectations.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with team members to support campaign management. Align the team on goals and drive towards success through collaboration and shared ideas.
Budget Management:
Manage and optimize campaign budgets, maximizing the efficiency of client ad spend to hit aggressive ROAS and revenue targets.
Testing & Optimization:
Champion continuous A/B testing of creative assets, bidding strategies, and other campaign elements to identify areas for improvement and drive innovation.

Qualifications:
Experience:
3-5+ years of experience in paid digital marketing with expertise in both search and Meta platforms (e.g., Google Ads and Meta Ads), and additional experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager and Meta’s Conversion API.
Analytical Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics and Excel, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Platform Expertise:
Extensive experience managing and optimizing campaigns across major digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube, with a strong emphasis on search and Meta.
Communication Skills:
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the skill to present complex data in a simple, meaningful way to clients and executives.
Creative Collaboration:
Experience working alongside creative teams, providing input on ad creatives that drive performance and align with campaign strategies.
