They work with top land developers, home builders, contractors, and engineers across the US and Canada. As a fast-paced, Series B company, our client is scaling operations and looking for a Sales Data Operations Specialist to help grow alongside them.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Data Operations Specialist, you are to manage data operations that support our Sales and SDR teams. You will handle large data sets, automate processes, ensure data integrity, and provide critical analysis and reporting. This role also requires expertise in data scraping tools to source market information and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Reporting: Manage data operations, develop reports, and deliver actionable insights to provide comprehensive support to sales and SDR teams.
Data Sourcing: Use tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, RocketReach, etc., to source and acquire relevant market and lead information.
Data Processing: Export, clean, and prepare data sets for SDR cadences, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business needs.
Process Automation: Design and implement automated processes to enhance the efficiency and scalability of data-related tasks.
Salesforce Management: Maintain data integrity in Salesforce, optimizing it to support sales operations and ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to align data-driven strategies with organizational goals.

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data management or a similar field.
Proactive problem-solving approach.
Strong attention to detail.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Proven experience with data platforms such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and RocketReach.
Experience with Salesforce, including data management and reporting functionalities.
Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
Strong analytical skills and experience with large data sets.
