Description

 

Job Summary:

Maintenance of all areas of the casino to include maintaining the cleanliness, integrity and safety of the company facilities. Work with all departments to insure maintenance needs are met.

Essential Job Functions:

·Maintain knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

·Ability to use and operate multiple classifications of tools and equipment.

·Perform required tasks to maintain a safe, clean functioning property.

·Communicate with and meet needs of all departments.

·Possess ability to work in confined spaces, extreme heat, heights, and in dimly lit areas.

·Protect the integrity of the company by identifying and maintaining safety standards in accordance with all governing regulations.

·Accurately and safely perform repairs on building

·Complete work orders in a quick and safe manner.

·Paint inside and outside of building as assigned.

·Run cable/data lines as needed.

·Work safely on ladder.

·Repair walls and furniture as needed.

·Ability to identify maintenance issues and recommend resolution.

·Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other technical duties within realm of knowledge skills and ability as needed.

·Perform other duties as assigned.

 


Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year previous maintenance experience required preferably in casino environment. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner. Must possess knowledge base of general preventative maintenance, repair,
construction, electrical, plumbing needs. Must present a well groomed appearance. Must be at least twenty-one years of age. Must posses basic math and computer skills.
