Responsibilities

Prepare, update, and maintain project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor and analyze project expenditures to ensure alignment with budgets and financial targets.
Identify cost overruns and variances, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.
Collaborate with project teams to gather data for financial reporting and assist in decision-making processes.
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and budget performance summaries.
Assist in the preparation of cost-related documentation for tenders and proposals.
Support the implementation of cost control processes and tools to enhance financial performance.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Construction Management.
Certified Cost Professional.
Min. 7 years of experience in cost control or project accounting within the construction industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP, Excel, Word, Aconex, SharePoint, Primavera P6, CostX.
Strong understanding of construction cost management, job costing, and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of industry standards, practices, and regulations related to construction costs.
