(Senior) Credit Analyst (m/f/x)

Your Role


Als (Senior) Credit Analyst verantwortest du das Kreditmanagement bei FINN und leitest  Risikobewertung für unsere wichtigsten Partner, insbesondere für die Wiedervermarktung von Gebrauchtfahrzeugen (OEMs, Händlergruppen) und übernimmst eine Schlüsselposition für unser unternehmensweites Risikomanagement mit maßgeblichem Einfluss auf Möglichkeiten zur Flottenfinanzierung. Als Teil des CFO-Offices arbeitest du eng  mit unseren Teams aus dem Fahrzeug-Einkauf und -Remarketing, sowie Finance und Operations zusammen, um unsere Bewertungsansätze zu entwickeln, zu verfeinern und anzuwenden. Darüber hinaus verantwortest du FINNs Beziehungen zu externen Partnern (Versicherungen, Auskunfteien), führst Verhandlungen mit diesen und arbeitest crossfunktional mit unseren Tech Teams zusammen, um die Effizienz und Robustheit unserer internen Prozesse zu optimieren.

Deine Ziele
  • Du entwickelst und verfeinerst Ansätze / Modelle zur Bewertung des Risikos für die Portfolios von Gebrauchtwagen-Remarketing Partnern und Abo-Kund:innen (B2C, B2B).
  • Du führst Bewertungen für große Händlergruppen oder B2B-Kunden durch Datenerfassung und -analyse durch.
  • Du verantwortest FINN’s Beziehungen mit externen Partnern, wie zB. Versicherungen und verbesserst die betrieblichen Abläufe und technische Integration kontinuierlich übernimmst Verhandlungen, um FINN’s business weiter zu “de-risken”.
  • Du implementierst und verantwortest die kontinuierliche Überwachung unserer Risk Exposure, die Einhaltung von Standard Prozessen / Policies und sowie collection performance / default rates unserer Debitoren. Außerdem bist du kreativ und bringst Ideen ein für kontinuierliche Optimierung.


Dein Profil
  • Du hast 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Underwriting und in der Kreditrisikoanalyse, idealerweise in einem dynamischen, innovativen Umfeld.
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung in der Analyse von Jahresabschlüssen / BWAs und der Bewertung der Unternehmensleistung sowie in der Bonitätsprüfung. Branchenkenntnisse im Automobilmarkt sind ein Plus.
  • Du verfügst über eine strategische Denkweise, starke analytische Fähigkeiten und einen proaktiven Ansatz für Risikomanagement und Prozessstabilität / Datenintegrität.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und kollaborierst mit verschiedenen (crossfunktionalen) Teams, um die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Underwriting-Prozesse voranzutreiben.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C2) und sehr gutes Englisch (C1) und fühlst dich  in einem internationalen, schnelllebigen Umfeld wohl.
