About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to supplement our hiring efforts. You'll own the full-cycle recruiting process for a number of roles, from sourcing and screening to closing top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Candidates who can work in-office 4-5 days a week highly preferred.

  • Partner with Head of Talent and hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.

  • Source, engage, and assess top technical talent.

  • Drive efficient interview processes and optimize hiring pipelines.

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Maintain a core KPI of 3 hires per month.
