About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to supplement our hiring efforts. You'll own the full-cycle recruiting process for a number of roles, from sourcing and screening to closing top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Candidates who can work in-office 4-5 days a week highly preferred.
What You'll Do:
Partner with Head of Talent and hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
Source, engage, and assess top technical talent.
Drive efficient interview processes and optimize hiring pipelines.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Maintain a core KPI of 3 hires per month.
What You Bring:
Proven experience recruiting for technical and GTM roles in fast-paced environments.
Strong sourcing, pipeline management, and closing skills.
Ability to manage multiple searches with urgency and excellence in every detail.
Start Date: ASAP | Rate: $60/hr
