Working Student IT Support (m/f/d)

JOIN THE ROADSURFER TEAM

We are looking for a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) for IT Support to join our team and assist with the management and support of internal IT systems. You will help us optimize the IT infrastructure and create excellent working conditions for our team.

THE ROLE - YOUR PASSION

Hardware and Device Setup:

  • Assist in setting up devices (e.g., laptops, phones) for new employees

  • Manage hardware for onboarding and offboarding

Basic IT Support:

  • Handle tickets in our IT support system

  • Assist in resolving IT issues (e.g., resetting passwords, printer problems)

  • Forward more complex issues to the IT team

System Maintenance:

  • Document IT processes and maintain our internal IT Wiki

  • Monitor and organize IT hardware

WHAT YOU NEED TO RIDE THE WAVE WITH US

  • You are currently enrolled at a university and ideally studying an IT or technology-related field

  • You enjoy solving technical problems and have a structured approach to work

  • You have basic experience with Windows / MacOS / Android / iOS

  • You are communicative, service-oriented and comfortable working with colleagues in both German and English

  • A good technical understanding and proactive attitude round off your profile
