Total compensation between $360,000-400,000, which includes a fixed annual salary between $170,000-200,000, target commission of $150,0000-160,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.
Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
The Director, Enterprise Sales will own the sales, onboarding, and relationship management of new Rokt accounts throughout the North American region.
We're looking for a self-motivated, high-integrity individual and team player who shares our passion for innovation and everything digital. You're a strong fit for this role if you have a sharp, commercial mind that takes a solutions approach to solve complex client problems. As a player-coach, this role is focused on creating and closing net new opportunities as well as managing a small team of Account Executives.
