This position is eligible for a $2,000 Sign On Bonus! This is an onsite position in Streetsboro, Ohio.
Supports printing operations by coordinator with Scheduling, Customer Service and Production Leaders to determine raw material needs. Gathers, enters, manages, and analyzes information. Interacts with customers, suppliers, management, manufacturing team members, and with other departments and plants. Partners with Shipping, Receiving and Logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of raw materials.
Responsibilities
2+ years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job
•Requires good knowledge of multiple functions or areas of the business in which there is frequent contact with while completing daily work assignments of the job.
•Requires knowledge of general administrative/manufacturing operations procedures and knowledge of job specific processes to successfully execute and complete the more progressive/complex duties of the job.
•Ability to follow company policy and understand any rules or regulations governing the work being completed and the impact work has on the department or company.
•Must have very good knowledge of technology including computers and software programs such as MS Office or MAC word processing, spreadsheets, or other programs specific to the job in order to complete duties successfully.
•Must have very good oral and written communication skills sufficient to explain departmental policy, methods, and/or procedures when completing assignments.
•Requires organizational skills sufficient to accomplish work by established deadlines and the ability to coordinate phases of work with others.
RRD's current salary range for this role is $48,000 to $70,100 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
