Job Summary

Raytheon Company is looking for an experienced supply chain or finance professional to join the SM3 program as a Material Program Manager. This role will be focused on Material Sales reporting and forecasting. We are looking for a self-starter who can develop and achieve program objectives in a matrixed environment and is able to successfully interface with functional and program leadership. In this highly visible role you will be the liaison between Supply Chain and the Program Team.

What You Will Do:

  • Developing and executing Material Sales Forecasts.

  • Creating and presenting artifacts to multiple levels of internal stakeholders.

  • Risk and Opportunity management/reporting, specifically related to Material Sales.

  • Development of long term planning forecasts.

  • Driving action amongst cross-functional counterparts to maintain accurate forecasts and meet business goals.

  • Driving Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management.

  • Participating in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and/or Power Point)

  • Experience with Financial forecasting

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related.

  • Excellent reporting/communication skills. 

  • Experience in a matrixed organizational structure.

  • Experience with Supply Chain, Production Control, and/or Procurement processes and requirements.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
