Job Description

Your Tasks Will Include:

• Ability to translate Business value statements into project deliverables for cross-functional teams

• Analyze change requests submitted by our clients, converting them into thorough requirements that a developer can use to provide estimates

• Set expectations and help clients plan for software changes that meet their specific business needs

• Help train our Client on how to use the system and the different functions available to them

• Provide after-hours support when needed to help our clients with critical changes and/or fixes

• Run conference calls, write executive summaries, write testing plans

• Design website mockups, document use cases, and acceptance criteria

• Testing of solutions and fixes to client issues, new features, and customizations

• Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution

• Analyze integration guides and 3rd-party software specifications

Qualifications

Must have:

• 3 – 4 years in an IT Business Analyst role

• English must be EXCELLENT

• Experience creating, testing, and communicating effective user stories

• Strong SQL background

• Experience with Data Analysis and research

• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
