About the role

The successful candidate will play an essential role in analyzing data, generating insights, and providing recommendations to support strategic business initiatives.

Responsibilities

1.  Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for the business.
2. Reporting and Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key performance indicators and insights to stakeholders.
3. Strategic Insights: Translate data findings into actionable insights, making data-driven recommendations for business strategies and decisions.
4. Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy and integrity, implementing best practices in data governance and quality assurance.
5. Data Tools and Technology: Stay current with data analytics tools and technology, and make recommendations for software or system improvements.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration, Stakeholder Management and Business Partnering: Work closely with stakeholders and departments across the organization, including marketing, finance, operations, and IT, to understand their data needs and provide support.

• Bachelor's Degree or master’s degree in computer science or related
• 3 years of professional experience preferred
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and others is a plus (SQL and Tableau are must)
• Good logical thinking and data management/ data analytical tools (e.g. excel-PIVOT, VLOOKUP, Free Data tools)
• Experience with data management
• Proven data collection and analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Competent in managing people and task management under lead time.
