We’re looking for a Product Designer – Growth to collaborate with in delivering smart, data-driven designs that make a real difference.

You’ll work across the entire funnel, from landing pages to checkout flows, focusing on improving conversion, reducing friction, and modernizing experiences. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves experimenting, thrives on collaboration, and wants to see their work go live fast. What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate closely with Growth and Marketing: You’ll work with teams like marketing, growth, and product marketing to improve funnels, run A/B tests, and create user flows that make an impact.
  • Design and iterate fast: This role is all about speed. You’ll test ideas, analyze data, and improve designs without getting stuck in overthinking.
  • Improve the user journey: Whether it’s optimizing the checkout flow or tweaking landing pages, your focus will be on making experiences smoother and more engaging.
  • Work with our design system: Align your work with Shiftmove’s CI and design system, making sure everything looks and feels consistent.
  • Own your work: You’ll have the freedom to make decisions and see your ideas through to execution.
  • Get hands-on with cross-functional design: Occasionally, you might handle brand and print or create quick animations and visual elements to bring your ideas to life.
