Description: 

We are seeking a self-driven and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team, who will be focused on process improvement and platform consolidation projects. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects across diverse teams with limited direction. This role requires a combination of technical and leadership skills to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with Sinch's strategic goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Project Planning and Execution: Define project objectives, create detailed roadmaps, and establish/drive timelines.
  • Resource Allocation: Secure necessary resources, optimize workflows, and manage project budgets.
  • Team Coordination: Assemble and lead project teams, streamline communication, and resolve conflicts.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, devise mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans. Notify and escalate to manager as appropriate.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report updates to stakeholders. Align to OKR process as applicable.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across different areas of business (e.g. Technology, Product, Finance), ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and best practices.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the technology or communications industry, across different levels of the organization.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
