About the Graphic Designer role...

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with illustration skills to join our Studio team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create compelling graphics and illustrations that align with our brand identity.

What you’ll do…

• Design visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, webinar and internal Google slide decks, and more.

• Develop illustrations for our brand Little Hotelier and custom artwork that enhance our brand storytelling and marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

• Ensure all designs are aligned with the SiteMinder brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation to your work.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

What you have…

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and illustration skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma and other relevant design tools.

• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of animation and motion graphics is a plus.

• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a bonus, but not required.
