We are looking for an experienced and ambitious sales professional to join our North American Vehicle Aftermarket team to lead the Heavy-Duty Business. This position reports to the President, Vehicle Aftermarket Sales, NAM.We are offering the position of Senior Sales Director, Heavy Duty North America, to lead and expand our business and sales operations in the heavy-duty market. This is a strategic management and high-impact role where you will drive value growth, build strategic business plans, and develop and lead an outstanding, motivated team. The geographical area of responsibility is the USA and Canada.Key Responsibilities:• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing remote sales team, fostering a results-oriented and collaborative culture.• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers and business partners.• Identify market trends and emerging opportunities to position SKF as a leading solution provider in the Heavy-Duty segment.• Prioritize, forecast, budget, and provide performance reports to senior management.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Line, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations, to align sales initiatives and priorities with business goals.Qualifications and Skills:• Proven track record of sales within the Heavy-Duty Aftermarket business, preferably with a wheel-end background.• Preferably a business or engineering bachelor's degree.• Minimum 10 years of experience, with 5 years in a senior commercial role in the Heavy-Duty Industry.• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage high-performing sales teams.• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales performance tools.• Holistic and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What You'll Love About SKF:Rest and Relaxation.Enjoy a generous PTO policy and 13 paid holidays.Work/Life Integration.SKF supports work/life integration, home, family, community, personal well-being and health.
