STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Second Shift Lab Test Technician to join the team. This position is responsible for testing experimental or prototype mechanical parts or structural products by conducting tests and recording results at various stages of the production process to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products. Candidate must be able to train on first shift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education, Certifications, Licenses, & Registrations - Associates Degree or 2 year Technical Certificate; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, testing experimental and prototype mechanical parts to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You'll conduct tests and meticulously record results at various stages of production. If you enjoy working hands-on with equipment, setting it up for tests, and collaborating with engineering teams, this job is perfect for you. You'll be responsible for preventative maintenance, examining parts for dimensional specifications, and understanding the essential calibration of instruments. It’s a role that requires both physical and technical skills, so if you’re someone who enjoys working with your hands and has a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you! You’ll need an Associate’s Degree or technical certificate, or three years of experience. And while initially, you’ll train on the first shift, our welcoming team makes it a smooth transition.
