Snapdocs is a fast-growing company in the residential mortgage market, seeking an Operations Specialist to support product transactions and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks in the document processing queue including Classifications, Annotations, QC, eNotes, and Post-Close QC
  • Raise questions and resolve common issues during transactions
  • Engage in bi-weekly 1:1s with Supervisor
  • Engage in weekly team meetings
  • Assist with special projects as needed

  • High school diploma required
