We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our development (fundraising) team. The Stand Together development team brings together top business leaders to solve our country’s biggest problems through financial and strategic leadership of our most cutting-edge programs and investments. Likewise, Stand Together’s high-performing major gifts program helps hundreds of donor partners actively participate in the programs they support, advancing our shared priorities through robust, year-round engagement.
In this role, you will connect task management to organizational priorities with a high degree of confidentiality, a sense of urgency, and customer focus. The development team is a fast-paced, collaborative group with a reliance on effective calendaring and meeting management. To be successful in this role, you will take pride in identifying and anticipating business needs, recognizing that success is determined by intentionality and your ability to execute with excellence.
