At Symbria Rx Services, a Pharmacy Technician plays a crucial role in supporting pharmacists with medication preparation and distribution. The responsibilities include accurately filling orders under pharmacist supervision, maintaining medication information in software databases, performing quality assurance checks, and packaging and organizing medication strips. Additionally, technicians assist with daily inventory and communicate with client staff regarding medication issues, ensuring timely deliveries to our Long-Term Care communities.

To qualify for a Pharmacy Technician position at Symbria, applicants should possess a High School diploma or GED. Key skills include proficiency in business English, excellent phone and customer service skills, and the ability to interpret and follow instructions accurately. The Pharmacy Technician at Symbria Rx Services works a flexible overnight schedule from Sunday through Wednesday, specifically from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM.
