Job Description

Rattaché à la Directrice du Talent Management, vos missions sont les suivantes :

  • Responsable du déploiement et de la bonne application des politiques RH de la zone France
  • Assurer une relation de proximité avec le Directeur de BU et l’ensemble des Managers de son périmètre et les accompagner dans la compréhension des enjeux humains et dans le développement de leurs équipes
  • Piloter les campagnes annuelles du cycle de performance (EA, PR, management de la performance, gestion des talents, plan de sucession, revue salariales, objectifs) et assurer la mise en oeuvre des plans d’actions et de développement des collaborateurs dans le cadre de la gestion des carrières et de la mobilité.
  • Construire au besoin des parcours/actions types par Talent pools spécifiques à la BU
  • Accompagner et former les managers dans leur rôle tout au long du cycle managérial (ajustement des effectifs, fixation des objectifs, évaluation, rémunération, formation, mobilités internes, départs).
  • Conseiller et conduire les procédures disciplinaires jusqu’au licenciement ou départs négociés avec le conseil de l’équipe juridique
  • Réaliser, analyser et présenter les KPI de la BU et propose les plans d’actions associés
  • Contribuer au bon climat social du périmètre et participe aux Instances de la BU (CODIR) et de l’entité juridique (CSE)
    Contribuer/porter des projets transverses RH de la Zone France,
  • Manager les HRBP de sa BU

Qualifications

  • Issu d’une formation de niveau Bac+5 en école de commerce/universitaire, avec une spécialisation en management des Ressources Humaines
  • Expérience de 5 ans sur un poste de RH généraliste ou d’HRBP, idéalement dans un univers multiculturel et en société de conseil et dans un contexte de croissance,
  • Très bonne connaissance et pratique du cycle de performance, capacité à challenger et accompagner les managers et les collaborateurs,
  • Position de véritable Business Partner avec le sens du service, compréhension des enjeux business
  • Bonne connaissance du droit du travail et de la convention collective (Syntec)
  • Orienté solutions, force de proposition et reconnu pour sa capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
  • Capacité de communication, d’écoute et d’adaptation à vos interlocuteurs
  • A l’aise dans un environnement dynamique et agile
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe, à gérer les priorités et à s’organiser
  • Un niveau d’anglais courant est un plus
