About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Marketing Project Manager to orchestrate and execute complex marketing initiatives across our organization. This strategic role will work directly with the Head of Marketing to drive both campaign and technical marketing projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in managing diverse marketing projects, from paid advertising campaigns to technical implementations like landing page development and video production. Working from our office location, you'll lead cross-functional teams, including media buyers, developers, designers, and RevOps specialists, to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives that drive business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of internal marketing projects, from initial scoping and planning to execution and reporting, ensuring on-time delivery.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget for concurrent marketing initiatives.

  • Facilitate communication between marketing, technical teams, and external contractors to ensure a clear understanding of deliverables and timelines.

  • Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables using ClickUp.

  • Lead project status meetings, prepare comprehensive reports, and communicate effectively with senior leadership on project performance and key metrics.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices within the marketing team.

  • You have 5+ years of proven project management experience specifically within marketing teams.

  • You possess a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing effectively, adapting to evolving needs, maintaining quality standards, and meeting deadlines.

  • You bring comprehensive knowledge of paid advertising, marketing, creative production, and account-based sales, enabling effective project scoping and execution.

  • You excel in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.

  • You demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills across various departments and seniority levels.

  • You demonstrate expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and content creators, to achieve shared project goals.
