THE ROLE
We’re looking for a marketing leader to help shape strategy, and lead its execution. As our Director of Marketing, you’ll lead incredibly talented, seasoned Brand and Demand teams to drive pipeline growth. You’ll own our content and website roadmap. You’ll design, launch, measure, and optimize impactful, high-performing campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with Execs, Sales, Product, and Partnerships to achieve growth targets and craft a compelling, unified market presence.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Own Marketing Strategy & Execution to Drive Growth
Lead the Brand (Content+Design) and Demand Generation teams, ensuring marketing strategies translate into pipeline impact.
Partner with VP Marketing & executive team to develop quarterly OKRs, then execute through bi-weekly sprints–balancing brand, demand, and partner ecosystem priorities.
Own the website roadmap, ensuring it reflects our latest positioning, product evolution, and demand gen needs.
Shape creative direction, partnering with design and content to ensure compelling, high-converting assets.
Partner with VP Marketing to optimize budget allocation and talent strategy to maximize return on investment across paid, organic, and partner channels.
Lead Content Strategy & Cross-Team Alignment
Own/Oversee the content roadmap through the content team, ensuring a mix of high-value assets (thought leadership, case studies, product content, etc.)
Partner with Sales and CS to develop impactful sales enablement materials that drive conversion.
Ensure cross-functional teams operate with a shared narrative and go-to-market focus.
Drive High-Impact GTM & Product Launches
Orchestrate GTM campaigns, aligning with Product, Sales, and CS to maximize revenue impact.
Partner with the Product Marketing Lead to ensure strong messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.
Oversee product launch execution, ensuring alignment across design, content, demand gen, and ecosystem marketing.
Execute & Optimize Paid Media Strategy
Lead paid acquisition strategy, working with Demand Gen to scale performance marketing channels efficiently.
Analyze campaign performance data and iterate quickly to improve pipeline contribution.
Ensure seamless coordination between brand marketing and paid media, optimizing creative and messaging impact.
People Management & Performance Leadership
Mentor and develop marketing talent, setting clear priorities and success metrics.
Provide structured feedback and coaching, ensuring high performance across Brand and Demand teams.
Lead cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless alignment between Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS.
Hit Pipeline & Revenue Targets
Directly own pipeline targets across brand, demand gen, and partner marketing.
Align closely with Sales leadership to ensure marketing impact is felt at every stage of the funnel.
Optimize marketing attribution and performance tracking, ensuring measurable pipeline growth.
Scale Impact with AI & Technology
Scale content output by teaching AI what “good” looks like – Train AI tools with high-performing content examples to generate top-tier, on-brand assets at scale. Use AI to repurpose winning formats across social, web, and ads, amplifying reach without increasing headcount.
Automate repetitive marketing tasks with AI agents for speed – Leverage AI-powered agents to handle campaign execution, lead research, and outbound marketing, allowing the team to focus on strategy and creative work. Deploy AI-driven workflows to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
Leverage AI-driven creativity and personalization to boost ROI – Implement AI tools for personalized ad creative, content customization, and predictive targeting, driving higher engagement and lower acquisition costs. Foster a culture of AI adoption within marketing to continuously improve efficiency and outcomes.
WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED:
7+ years of revenue marketing experience, 2+ years of standout leadership experience
Early stage experience (e.g. seed, series a, series b, etc)
Proven ability to scale marketing from $10M to $50M ARR, aligning brand, demand, and partner marketing efforts.
Early adopter of ChatGPT and other leading tools like Claude, etc, and demonstrated success leveraging outcomes with these tools for individual work and across teams
Strong expertise in content marketing, creative direction, and website strategy.
Deep understanding of performance marketing and paid media optimization.
Experience leading high-growth demand generation teams with measurable revenue impact.
Exceptional project management skills, able to drive multiple high-visibility initiatives in parallel.
Strong collaboration skills, with a track record of aligning Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
Data-driven mindset, fluent in marketing analytics, attribution, and pipeline forecasting.
High EQ, strong leadership presence, and a bias for action.
