Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Targeted Victory! As a designer at Targeted Victory, you will lead the design for engaging digital creative, brand identities, executive business proposals, mentoring other designers on the team, and much more! With your seasoned experience, you will be responsible for solving creative solutions with fast deadlines across a diverse and unique list of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design processes - Holding yourself to a high standard of process and organization. Working with the Art Director and Graphic Design Lead to keep a high standard for the design processes for the rest of the team including design techniques, file organization, and process within adobe programs.
  • Quality Assurance - Ensure all designs are visually appealing by following design principles and adhering to the established client’s brand. Maintaining consistency across various touchpoints and channels to reinforce our client’s brand identities. Additionally, working with designers to make sure that they are maintaining proper brand standards.
  • Design Creation - Utilizing your strong design skills to create visually appealing and impactful assets, including but not limited to digital graphics, storyboarding, social media content, branding, merchandise, print collateral, and presentations.
  • Time Management - Manage your time as efficiently as possible by ensuring a high quality product but still adhering to our fast-paced work environment.
  • Cross-Collaboration - Working with your managers, motion designers, and client teams to make sure that a high quality of work is delivered consistently.
  • Mentoring other designers on projects - A person that any designer can go to for help for design advice or process issues. Someone that is in tune with design trends and current adobe features to help other designers elevate their work.
  • Setting creative standards - Setting standards for the creative team. Working on larger client projects and producing high quality creative within their timelines and expectations.
  • Training designers on trends and workflows - Taking opportunities to educate others on new trends and workflows to help our team, especially in designer’s meetings but at any point that your peers are looking for more.
  • Leaders in both digital and print. Whether that’s 3D, Motion, Branding and Layout, etc. - Focusing on educating yourself and continually learning new techniques, technologies, and graphic design trends.
  • Feedback Incorporation - Adapting designs based on feedback from managers and clients, demonstrating a willingness to iterate and improve upon initial concepts.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work including brand identities and executive business proposals.
  • Design Software: Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite ( Most importantly in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). A figma understanding is also valued but not necessary.
  • Office Software: Advanced understanding of google slides, powerpoint, and word.
  • Design Fundamentals: A very solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Digital Expertise: Experience designing in the digital space with an understanding of how graphics perform the best on mobile and web.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Artists who love working with others in a collaborative team environment and open to receiving constructive feedback.
  • Growth mentality: A curious mind always eager to learn and grow especially in the political realm of design.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Efficient Workflow: Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality to ensure our client’s success.
