F/T MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Since launching in 2019 we’ve been featured in the New York Times, Well + Good, Vouge, bon appetite, done collaborations with award winning designer Sophie Lou Jacobsen and more. We pride ourselves in working directly with small family farms all across Asia with a 100% traceability supply chain.

We are looking for a Full-Time Marketing Associate to join our small and mighty team in Flatiron, Manhattan. The ideal candidate will be experienced in marketing, social media management, and community engagement. This is a hybrid role, Monday – Thursday in office, Friday work from home, and occasional work on the weekends. Must be able to commute to our studio in Flatiron, Manhattan.

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to commute to our studio in Flatiron Manhattan at least 4 days a week
• This role works directly with the founder Lisa Li
• Manages and oversees all aspects of our social media channels
• Help ideate, strategize, film and edit content for social media channels including long form (Podcast) and short form (TikTok/IG)
• Works with the team on executes posting schedules and ensures timely and accurate posts 
• Engages with online community, responds to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner, and fosters positive interactions with our audience
• Tracks and analyzes social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and provides regular reports and insights to optimize performance
• Stays up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms changes, emerging platforms
• Organizes and coordinates biweekly community events in the studio (others could include meetups, and other initiatives to bring our community together and showcase our brand)
• Identifies and engages with influencers who align with our target audience and brand values, building strong partnerships (work in Collab app and TikTok affiliate)
• Identifies and cultivates relationships with like-minded organizations for potential partnerships or collaborations
• Responds to customer inquiries via social media DMs and help troubleshoot when they come up promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
• Gathers feedback from customers to identify area for improvement and relays insights to relevant teams for product development, marketing, and service enhancements
• Help with trade shows/popups when we have them (about 3-5 a year, might require travel if it’s out of state)
• Other business related projects and tasks

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be experienced in marketing, social media management, community engagement
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role (this can include multi internships)
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in digital marking tools and platforms, including social media management tools
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

This is a Full Time role with a 3-month trial period.
