The PositionAs Senior Account Manager, you will mentor and support Account Manager(s) while actively managing a portfolio of key institutional client relationships, across crypto native and traditional finance. In this player-coach role, you will ensure our clients receive a high-touch, white-glove experience, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will be directly responsible for driving upsells, securing renewals, and expanding The Tie’s institutional presence.
What You Will Work OnTotal Compensation (OTE): $125,000 - $175,000
