Manager, Analytics - GTM & Revenue

We’re looking for a strategic analytics leader to drive Traba’s go-to-market strategy with data. In this role, you’ll optimize sales cycles, boost conversion rates, and refine customer segmentation to fuel revenue growth and market expansion.

You’ll work closely with GTM, Operations, and Leadership, providing insights into sales productivity, customer prioritization, and revenue forecasting. Your work will directly impact how we scale and expand.

About the Role

You will be working closely with our go-to-market leaders in understanding sales cycles and conversion as well as developing insights into salesperson productivity and attainment. Digging deep into revenue retention and customer segmentation, helping strategize which prospects to close and customers to prioritize. Help with customer revenue forecasting.

Acting as a key strategic partner to Traba’s executive team, working across teams such as Operations, Finance, Product, and Leadership to drive growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic frameworks and processes to optimize our labor marketplace.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify key levers that drive growth, efficiency, and marketplace health.

  • Provide geo-level insights and competitive intelligence to inform expansion and optimization strategies.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute high-priority initiatives that move key metrics.

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into marketplace performance.

  • Build the analytics foundation to support Traba’s scale, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

  • Enable self-service analytics for internal teams, improving data-driven decision-making across the company.

What You’ll Need

  • 6+ years of experience in business analytics, operations strategy, or marketplace optimization

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field

  • Strong SQL proficiency; experience with Python/R/ML modeling is a plus

  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI

  • Ability to identify business challenges and solve them using data-driven insights

  • Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders

  • Experience in high-growth startups or marketplace businesses is a plus

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you’ll wear multiple hats

Salary Range Details

The compensation range for this position is set between $120,000 and $150,000, reflecting our market analysis and other relevant considerations. However, exceptions may be made for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
