RevOps Data Specialist

The RevOps Data Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness of the revenue operations

database. This role plays a critical part in supporting the RevOps team by maintaining data hygiene across all systems,

including CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics dashboards. The RevOps Data Specialist will

collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment across departments, supporting strategic initiatives,

pipeline management, and lead attribution.

Responsibilities:

Data Quality & Integrity: Conduct regular audits and cleanups of customer and prospect data in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and other RevOps systems to maintain accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Database Maintenance: Oversee and manage data entry processes, ensuring the use of standardized formats, accurate segmentation, and compliance with data governance policies.

UTM Management: Assist in the setup, tracking, and ongoing maintenance of UTM parameters to ensure precise lead attribution and effective marketing campaign performance analysis.

Data Governance: Design, implement, and enforce best practices in data governance to guarantee data accuracy, security, and alignment with industry standards.

Lead & Account Hygiene: Continuously perform cleanup, deduplication, and enrichment of lead and contact data to support SDR, marketing, and sales functions.

Reporting & Analytics Support: Partner with analytics and operations teams to maintain clean data flows into reporting tools like Tableau, supporting reliable insights for business decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and CX teams to align on data standards and streamline data-driven processes across systems (e.g., Salesforce, Eloqua, GA4).

Database Enrichment: Support the integration and upkeep of third-party data enrichment services to improve CRM data quality and build a more complete customer profile.

Data Entry Processes: Develop and document standardized processes for data entry and maintenance to ensure consistency and accuracy throughout the RevOps ecosystem.

Data Audits & Quality Control: Perform routine audits to identify and address data gaps, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies, and proactively correct them.

Technology Stack Management: Help manage and optimize the integrations among Salesforce, Eloqua, GA4, and other tools within the RevOps tech stack.

Compliance & Security: Ensure that all data handling practices align with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal security guidelines.

Proficient English communication skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years in a data-focused role, ideally within RevOps, SalesOps, or MarketingOps.

Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is required.

Skills: Solid understanding of data governance, data cleaning, and enrichment techniques. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua or similar), UTM tagging, and lead attribution.

Analytics Tools: Experience using business intelligence tools like Tableau for reporting and analytics.

Attributes: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset focused on data-driven decision-making.

Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Python, SQL, or other data manipulation languages is a plus.
