Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Neuro/Sleep Tech  

  

As a Neuro/Sleep Tech at MercyOne, you will proficiently administer neurodiagnostic and polysomnographic procedures as directed by the Manager, in accordance with the policies and procedures of Genesis Medical Center, the department, and through adherence to the ABRET and BRPT Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. The Technologist is able to perform procedures that require a high degree of knowledge such as surgical monitoring, ambulatory EEG monitoring, long-term EEG monitoring and scanning, and scoring of polysomnograms. These Technologists are also utilized to train entry level technicians.

Position Title: Neuro/Sleep Tech

Department: Neurodiagnostics

Schedule:  

  • Night Shift (8pm - 6am)

  • Full Time .8 (32 hours a week)

  

General Requirements:  

  • Licensure/Registration: REEGT by ABRET; and RPSGT by BRPT, RPSGT by the Board of Registered Polymonographic Technologist (BRPT)

  • Special Training: Ability to perform EEG surgical monitoring. Basic Life Support.

  • More than 1 year experience required

  

Education:  

  • Associate's degree

  • Field Of Study: Electroneurodiagnostics

Pay Range: $26.02 - $39.02 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
