Senior B2B Marketing Manager

The company, which is a leading AI-powered travel platform for businesses, is looking for an experienced Senior B2B Marketing Manager to join its team.

The company was founded in 2017 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and their mission is to make the complex process of booking, changing and canceling flights and hotels for business trips quick and easy.

They already have thousands of users around the globe and they are still actively growing, reaching new clients and adding new business features.

The office is located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and you will work 2 days from the office and 3 days from home.

Your tasks on the position:

  • Align marketing strategy with growth goals, focusing on brand, content, campaigns, and measurable KPIs
  • Drive content execution with consistency across formats and lead media strategies to boost acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Data teams to align goals, bridge skill gaps, and foster team growth
  • Present strategies to executives and lead market research to identify growth opportunities and enhance positioning
  • 5+ years in marketing within B2B SaaS
  • 1+ years managing teams, with success in goal setting, leading, and developing talent
  • Strong background in content marketing, especially text-based content creation
  • Experience defining and implementing brand and design language across platforms
  • Monitoring and maintaining consistency in marketing outputs
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media) and tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot
  • English C1+
  • Degree in marketing or journalism
